Shipping Policy

The orders for the user are shipped through registered domestic courier companies and/or speed post only. Orders are shipped within 1 day from the date of the order and/or payment or as per the delivery date agreed at the time of order confirmation and delivery of the shipment, subject to courier company/post office norms. Platform Owner shall not be liable for any delay in delivery by the courier company / postal authority. Delivery of all orders will be made to the address provided by the buyer at the time of purchase. Delivery of our services will be confirmed at your email ID as specified at the time of registration. If there are any shipping costs levied by the seller or the Platform Owner (as the case be), the same is not refundable. Once a product is shipped it will be delivered within 5-7 working days.

These measurements represent body measurements and are provided in both centimeters and inches.
Garment measurements are taken flat and are made 2–4 inches looser than body measurements to ensure a comfortable, relaxed fit.
Please note that most garments have little to no alteration margin.

If your body measurements fall between two sizes, we recommend choosing the larger size for a more relaxed fit. A slightly bigger garment can always be altered if required.

Disclaimer: A tolerance of ±1 inch is considered acceptable in garment measurements when worn.

How to Measure Your Body Correctly

BUST – Measure around the fullest part of your bust.
WAIST – Measure around your natural waistline.
HIPS – Measure 20 cm below your natural waistline (around the fullest part).
