  • No exchange or return will be accepted without a 360-degree opening video.
  • Exchanges are only accepted for product faults, sizing concerns, or instances when the incorrect product was shipped by us.

  • To facilitate a return or exchange, customers must arrange a courier or reverse pick-up to us the defective or wrong product back.
  • We do not offer free pickups for returns; instead, it is entirely dependent on mutual agreement.
  • We would make a pickup request within seven working days if we agreed to accept the return.
  • The exchange procedure will commence as soon as the defective or wrong products are received by us or in our warehouse.
